UMBRAL Privacy Policy

Overview
UMBRAL is a local-first iPhone camera and photo-editing app by KernelBeam. The current version does not require a KernelBeam account and does not send your photos, edits, camera output, or photo-library selections to KernelBeam.
Photos and app data on your device
Photos you capture or import, their edits, previews, and app settings are stored in UMBRAL’s local app container on your device. KernelBeam does not operate a photo-storage, analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking service for UMBRAL.
Camera and photo-library permissions
UMBRAL requests Camera access only to show live view and capture photos. It requests photo-library access only when you choose to import an existing photo or save an exported result to your library. You control these permissions in iOS Settings.
Exports and metadata
When you choose to save or share an image, UMBRAL creates the export on your device and uses the iOS sharing or Photos interface you select. EXIF metadata is preserved by default. Paid access may let you choose to remove EXIF metadata from an export. A destination you choose in the share sheet may be operated by Apple or another provider and is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
Purchases and Apple services
UMBRAL purchases, restoration, subscriptions, and entitlement checks are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. UMBRAL receives product and verified entitlement information needed to show offers and determine access. KernelBeam does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple may process purchase, device, diagnostic, and App Store information under Apple’s own privacy terms and your Apple Account settings.
Network access, retention, and contact
The local camera and editing workflow does not require a KernelBeam server. Network access is used for App Store and StoreKit services and when you open external links. Local photos and app data remain on your device until you delete them in the app, remove the app, or otherwise manage them through iOS. If these practices change, this policy will be updated before the new practice is represented in a released app.

网络、保留与联系我们
本地相机和编辑流程不需要 KernelBeam 服务器。网络仅用于 App Store/StoreKit 服务以及你主动打开外部链接时。照片和应用数据会保留在你的设备上，直到你在应用内删除、移除应用或通过 iOS 另行管理。若这些做法发生变化，我们会在新做法进入已发布版本前更新本政策。

概要
UMBRAL は KernelBeam によるローカルファーストの iPhone カメラ・写真編集アプリです。現在のバージョンでは KernelBeam のアカウントは不要で、写真、編集内容、カメラ出力、写真ライブラリで選択した項目を KernelBeam に送信しません。
デバイスに保存される写真とアプリデータ
撮影または読み込んだ写真、編集内容、プレビュー、アプリ設定は、デバイス上の UMBRAL のローカルアプリコンテナに保存されます。KernelBeam は UMBRAL 向けの写真ストレージ、分析、広告、クラッシュレポート、トラッキングサービスを運営していません。
カメラと写真ライブラリの許可
UMBRAL がカメラへのアクセスを求めるのは、ライブビューの表示と写真撮影のためだけです。既存の写真を読み込む、または書き出した結果を写真ライブラリに保存することを選んだ場合にのみ、写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。これらの許可は iOS の設定で管理できます。
書き出しとメタデータ
画像を保存または共有することを選ぶと、UMBRAL はデバイス上で書き出しを作成し、選択した iOS の共有または写真インターフェースを使用します。EXIF メタデータは既定で保持されます。有料アクセスでは、書き出し時に EXIF メタデータを削除する選択ができます。共有シートで選んだ送信先は Apple または他の提供者が運営している場合があり、そのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
購入と Apple のサービス
UMBRAL の購入、復元、サブスクリプション、権利確認は StoreKit と App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。UMBRAL はオファー表示とアクセス判定に必要な製品情報および検証済みの権利情報を受け取ります。KernelBeam は支払いカード情報を受け取ったり保存したりしません。Apple は自身のプライバシー条件と Apple Account の設定に従って、購入、デバイス、診断、App Store の情報を処理することがあります。

Xuất ảnh và siêu dữ liệu
Khi bạn chọn lưu hoặc chia sẻ ảnh, UMBRAL tạo tệp xuất trên thiết bị và dùng giao diện Chia sẻ hoặc Ảnh của iOS mà bạn chọn. Siêu dữ liệu EXIF được giữ lại theo mặc định. Quyền truy cập trả phí có thể cho phép bạn chọn xóa EXIF khỏi tệp xuất. Đích đến bạn chọn trong bảng chia sẻ có thể do Apple hoặc nhà cung cấp khác vận hành và chịu sự điều chỉnh của chính sách quyền riêng tư của họ.
Mua hàng và dịch vụ Apple
Việc mua, khôi phục, đăng ký và kiểm tra quyền sử dụng UMBRAL do Apple xử lý qua StoreKit và App Store. UMBRAL nhận thông tin sản phẩm và quyền sử dụng đã xác minh cần thiết để hiển thị ưu đãi và xác định quyền truy cập. KernelBeam không nhận hoặc lưu thông tin thẻ thanh toán của bạn. Ảnh cục bộ và dữ liệu ứng dụng ở lại trên thiết bị cho đến khi bạn xóa trong ứng dụng, gỡ ứng dụng hoặc quản lý chúng qua iOS. Nếu các thực hành này thay đổi, chính sách này sẽ được cập nhật trước khi thực hành mới xuất hiện trong ứng dụng đã phát hành.
