Managed publishing service
KernelBeam may operate publishing tools as part of a contracted workflow service. The publishing workbench is used by authorized KernelBeam service operators; it is not a self-service customer dashboard. A customer account owner authorizes their own TikTok account through TikTok's authorization page before KernelBeam can access it. KernelBeam does not ask for or collect TikTok passwords.
Customer approval and publishing actions
The customer is responsible for confirming that the video, caption, destination account, rights, and posting instructions are correct. KernelBeam will send only content that the customer has approved through the agreed service channel. An authorized KernelBeam operator must then confirm the target account and settings in the workbench.
An Inbox Draft upload places the video in the authorized account's TikTok inbox for the account owner to review and finish in TikTok; it does not itself publish the video to the account profile. Direct Post sends the approved video to TikTok for publication using the account's available privacy and interaction settings. TikTok may review, delay, reject, or otherwise handle content under its own policies.
Account authorization and revocation
The customer account owner chooses whether to authorize KernelBeam and which permissions to grant on TikTok's authorization page. The owner can revoke access in TikTok's connected-app settings. Revocation stops future API access but does not remove content already published on TikTok. To request deletion of associated data held by KernelBeam, contact support@kernelbeam.com; our Privacy Policy explains the process.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must own or have permission to use all media and text they provide, maintain control of the destination account, and follow TikTok's terms, community rules, applicable laws, and any agreed service instructions. Customers must not use the service to impersonate another person, violate rights, or publish content they are not authorized to share.
Third-party services
Publishing depends on TikTok's products, APIs, policies, availability, and account settings. KernelBeam does not control TikTok's review decisions, API access, quotas, or service changes. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's terms and policies.
Contact and changes
