Please include your macOS version, Clipvia version, and a short description of the issue when contacting support.

Global shortcut and auto-paste

Press Command-Shift-C to open the Clipvia main window from other apps. Clipvia asks for macOS Accessibility permission only when you enable user-initiated auto-paste into another app. You can deny this permission and still copy clips manually from Clipvia.

Clipboard history

Clipvia stores clipboard history locally on your Mac. You can pause recording, clear recent history, delete individual clips, or delete all Clipvia data from Settings.

App Store purchase

Clipvia is sold as a paid Mac App Store app. Billing, refunds, and Apple account issues are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

Privacy requests

Clipvia does not upload clipboard history to KernelBeam. For privacy questions, contact support@kernelbeam.com.
