Clipvia Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Overview
These Terms apply to Clipvia, a macOS clipboard workspace by KernelBeam.
Purchase
Clipvia may require a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase to keep the full workflow unlocked. Any purchase must be confirmed by you through Apple's purchase sheet.
Refunds, billing, Family Sharing availability, and payment issues are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Local Data
Clipvia stores clipboard history and preferences locally on your Mac. You are responsible for the content you copy, store, paste, organize, export, or delete with Clipvia.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Clipvia to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or store content you are not allowed to possess or use.
Availability
Clipvia is provided as a local productivity tool. Features may change over time as macOS and App Store requirements change.
No Warranty
Clipvia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KernelBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of Clipvia.
