QR Sheet Privacy Policy

Overview

QR Sheet turns typed entries or one CSV file into a print-ready sheet of black-and-white QR labels. It exports one multi-page PDF or a set of PNG pages.

Files and on-device processing

QR Sheet reads a CSV only when you choose it. QR symbols and page layouts are generated locally on this Mac. The app does not check, shorten, or resolve link destinations.

PDF and PNG files are written only to the folder you select. The entries are kept in the app container on this Mac; payload values are not sent to a network service.

Information collected by KernelBeam

QR Sheet does not collect, upload, or track your entries, CSV contents, or export history. It has no KernelBeam account, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.

The export allowance and purchase entitlement state are kept in the app container on this Mac and are not sent to KernelBeam.

Purchases and Apple services

One-time in-app purchases, product information, transaction verification, entitlement checks, and Restore Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit. The app receives the product and verified entitlement information needed to provide the purchased features. KernelBeam does not receive payment-card details. Apple may process transaction, device, diagnostic, and App Store information under Apple’s privacy terms and your Apple Account settings.

Network access

File processing does not require a KernelBeam service. This app does not connect to a KernelBeam or analytics service and does not send files, entries, or file names over the internet. Its network activity is limited to Apple App Store services through StoreKit for purchase information, transactions, entitlement checks, and restoration. Purchases and restoration require an internet connection; local work remains available when Apple services are unavailable.

Retention, exports and deletion

Imported entries remain in the app container on this Mac. You choose the destination for every exported PDF or PNG set.

If the chosen folder is cloud-synced or you share an exported label, the provider or recipient handles that copy under its own terms.

A payload may include a private link or other sensitive text. Please do not include private payloads in a support email unless necessary. A support email contains the address and information you choose to send.
