About QR Sheet

Turn a short list or selected CSV into print-ready QR labels and export them from your Mac.

Please include your macOS version, QR Sheet version, and the steps that led to the issue. A payload may include a private link or other sensitive text. Please do not include private payloads in a support email unless necessary. A support email contains the address and information you choose to send.

Common questions

Why can I not create a label?

Enter a non-empty payload. If a row is longer than the QR format can encode, shorten it before generating labels.

Why was my CSV rejected?

The selected file must be readable as UTF-8 or UTF-8 with BOM. Confirm that the CSV has a row and select the column that contains each payload.

Why is export disabled after mapping columns?

Choose a payload column and fix any empty or oversized rows. The app lists rows that need changes before export.

Why is the QR layout marked too small?

Increase the cell size or reduce the number of columns so the QR symbol fits with its quiet zone.

What if an output file already exists?

Choose another output name or confirm Replace in the app. If export fails, no incomplete page is marked as successful.

Purchases and restore

Connect your Mac to the internet, sign in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in QR Sheet. Apple StoreKit checks the transaction and refreshes the entitlement. If it still does not appear, reopen the app and try Restore Purchases again. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

System requirements

Requires macOS 14 or later. An internet connection is needed for Apple StoreKit purchase and restoration services.
