Version information

STILMORY 1.x is the earlier version of the app, free to download with no in-app purchases. The sections labelled DENU Cam 2.0 apply to version 2.0 and later versions. Check the app version you are running to identify which sections apply.

Overview

These Terms apply to STILMORY 1.x and DENU Cam 2.0 and later versions, an iPhone camera app by KernelBeam. STILMORY 1.x is free to download and does not offer in-app purchases. The Pro purchase terms below apply to DENU Cam 2.0, including a DENU Cam 2.0 test or review build that you actually run. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's terms and the offer details shown before you confirm a purchase.

DENU Cam Pro purchases

DENU Cam 2.0 offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable Pro subscriptions and a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase. The monthly and yearly plans provide access to the Pro features described in the app for the applicable billing period. The one-time purchase provides the Pro access described in its App Store listing and in-app offer.

Apple displays the price, billing period, currency, and any applicable tax for your storefront before you confirm. The price shown by Apple at purchase controls. Prices may differ by country or region and may change for future purchases in accordance with App Store rules. DENU Cam 2.0 offers no free trial.

Subscriptions and cancellation

In DENU Cam 2.0, monthly and yearly Pro purchases are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to the Apple Account used to confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews for the same period at the price displayed by Apple for the renewal. Apple may charge your account during the 24 hours before the next subscription period begins.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select DENU Cam. To prevent the next renewal, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel, Pro access generally remains available until the end of the paid period. Deleting DENU Cam does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles App Store billing, payment methods, renewal notices, cancellations, and refund requests. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. KernelBeam cannot cancel an Apple subscription or issue an App Store refund on Apple's behalf.

One-time purchase and prior customers

The DENU Cam 2.0 Pro Lifetime purchase is a non-consumable, one-time payment. It does not renew and does not create a recurring charge. You may restore eligible purchases through the App Store using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Customers whose paid STILMORY 1.0 purchase is recognized by Apple may receive Pro access in DENU Cam 2.0 without a new in-app payment. This existing-customer access does not create a subscription or recurring charge. In DENU Cam 2.0, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account used for the paid STILMORY 1.0 purchase. If a purchase is not recognized, contact support@kernelbeam.com.

Local photos and sharing

DENU Cam stores its Gallery and preferences on your device. You are responsible for copies and backups you choose to keep. If you delete DENU Cam or its local data without an Apple backup, KernelBeam may not be able to recover that data.

Sharing is optional and uses Apple's system share sheet. Once you send a photo to a destination you choose, that destination's terms and privacy practices apply.

Acceptable use

Use DENU Cam lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its services, bypass purchase or access controls, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits, or infringe another person's rights.

Availability and changes

Features and services may change as DENU Cam, iOS, and App Store requirements evolve. We may correct errors, improve security, or change features subject to applicable law and any active subscription obligations. If a change materially affects a paid service, we will follow applicable law and App Store requirements.

Apple terms

DENU Cam is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable Apple Media Services terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with non-waivable consumer protections or App Store requirements, those protections and requirements control.
