Hushdawn Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms apply to Hushdawn, a video camera app for iPhone by KernelBeam. By using Hushdawn, you agree to these Terms and the applicable App Store terms.

Trial and Pro

The in-app trial is a limited sample of Hushdawn; it is not an Apple subscription introductory offer. Trial exports use selected Looks and include a small Hushdawn signature. Trial access does not include exporting an untouched original clip.

Hushdawn Pro unlocks all Looks, advanced capture controls, and original-footage export. The available features are described in the app before purchase.

Purchases and subscriptions

Hushdawn Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time purchase. The plan duration, features, and localized price are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the renewal price shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting Hushdawn does not cancel a subscription.

A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew. Restore Purchases is available in Hushdawn. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Your footage

Original footage is processed on your device and stays inside Hushdawn unless you choose an export that your access allows. You are responsible for the content you choose to record and share.

Acceptable use

Use Hushdawn lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or try to bypass its trial limits or screen-capture watermark, or use it to infringe another person's rights.

Availability and disclaimer

Some features depend on your device and iOS. Hushdawn is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable requirements.

Apple terms

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a custom EULA is provided through the App Store.
