PoseFilm Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms apply to PoseFilm, a pose-guided camera and photo-editing app for Apple devices by KernelBeam. By using PoseFilm, you agree to these Terms and the applicable App Store terms.

Photos and your responsibilities

Photos and edits are stored on your device. You are responsible for your photos, the permissions you grant, and any destination you choose when saving or sharing an image. Obtain permission before photographing or sharing another person’s image, and follow applicable laws and the terms of any service you choose in the iOS share interface.

Purchases and subscriptions

PoseFilm may offer subscriptions or a one-time purchase. Apple displays the available plans, price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm. Apple charges your Apple Account for a purchase.

An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your App Store subscription settings before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting PoseFilm does not cancel a subscription. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. Billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled under Apple’s App Store rules.

Acceptable use

Use PoseFilm lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or its security, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Availability and warranty

Features may change as the app, iOS, StoreKit, and App Store requirements evolve. PoseFilm is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KernelBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PoseFilm, including loss of local photos or app data.

Apple terms

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a custom EULA is provided through the App Store. If these Terms conflict with non-waivable App Store or local-law requirements, those requirements control.
