Learning progress and saved work
WriteTrail keeps learning progress and saved handwriting samples on your device. If a sample or progress record is missing, tell us which screen and lesson were involved. Please do not attach a handwriting sample unless it is necessary for your request.
Purchases and restore
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account. If access does not appear after a purchase, connect to the internet and use Restore Purchases in WriteTrail. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
