Starting and saving a workout
Use Quick Start for an empty session or select a routine from Train. A workout becomes part of Progress only after you open End Review and confirm Save workout.
Rest timer
Completing a set starts the movement's configured foreground rest timer. Keep MoveWard open for the current version's visible countdown and rest-end cue.
Local backup
Open Me, then Backup & export. Export creates a JSON copy through the iOS share sheet. Restore accepts a compatible MoveWard backup after explicit confirmation. Finish or discard an active workout before restoring.
Subscription and trial
MoveWard Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. Introductory-trial eligibility, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are tied to your Apple Account and App Store rules.
If an active subscription is not recognized, use Restore Purchases in MoveWard. This asks Apple to synchronize transactions and may display an Apple authentication prompt. Manage or cancel a subscription from the App Store subscription-management screen.
Offline use
Workout logging and locally saved history are designed to work without a KernelBeam account. App Store product loading, purchases, restoration, and external support links require network access.
