Legal MoveWard
MoveWard Terms of Use
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Overview
These Terms apply to MoveWard, an offline-first workout log for iPhone by KernelBeam. By using MoveWard, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store terms.
Subscriptions and free trials
MoveWard may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions with the same MoveWard Pro access. Eligible customers may receive one introductory free trial per Apple subscription group. Apple determines eligibility.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically under the price and period shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting MoveWard or local workout data does not cancel a subscription.
Prices, taxes, billing, refunds, Family Sharing availability, renewal, and Apple Account issues are handled under App Store rules. MoveWard displays localized product information supplied by Apple rather than promising a fixed price in these Terms.
Workout and health disclaimer
MoveWard is a general record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, emergency services, or individualized coaching. Exercise carries risk. Choose movements and loads appropriate for you, use safe technique and equipment, and seek qualified medical or training guidance when needed.
Local data and backups
Workout records are stored locally in the current version. You are responsible for entries you create, changes you make, and backup destinations you select. Test a backup before relying on it as your only copy. KernelBeam cannot recover local data or exported files it never received.
Acceptable use
Do not use MoveWard to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass access controls, interfere with systems, or distribute harmful or unlawful material.
Availability and changes
Features may change as iOS, StoreKit, App Store requirements, and the product evolve. KernelBeam may correct errors, improve security, or discontinue functionality subject to applicable law and active subscription obligations.
No warranty
MoveWard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KernelBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injury, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of MoveWard.
Apple terms
Where required, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with non-waivable App Store or local-law requirements, those requirements control.
